The Salem Health Center is a  University of Western States Clinic located on the campus of Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon at 4000 Lancaster Dr NE, Salem, OR 97309 Building 8, Room 104

 

The Health Centers of UWS provide quality, multidisciplinary patient care to the community. It is established to offer chiropractic health care to patients and to serve as a center for clinical training for students in the UWS massage therapy program.     

Chiropractic care is provided by Dr. Michael Tarnasky. Dr. Tarnasky graduated from Western States Chiropractic College (now UWS) in 1982. He is a Diplomate of the National Board of
Chiropractic Examiners, established licensure to practice chiropractic in the state of Oregon in January of 1983. Throughout his career, Dr. Tarnasky has been a primary care chiropractic physician, focused on conditions of the nerves, muscles, and skeletal structure, skin conditions with associated minor surgical care, proctologic care, and nutrition.

MWF 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
T&Th 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Sat Appointment only
(9 a.m. -1 p.m.).
